FAQ'S
Absolutely! We will provide with a quotation and lead time once we have all details such as the desired style, colours, quantity, logo artworks, and any additional customization requests.Â
Yes of course you will. We will initially send you an image of a mock-up of your sample

Next we will send you images with the actual embroidery and/or print for approval.Â
After this we will send you an image of the completed hat.
We will also send you a free sample (shipping may be additional) prior to proceeding with your order.
On average, from the time you approve your proof, for smaller orders of under 1500 pcs, your order should be completed and shipped within 10-20 business days from the time you approve your design proof.Â
For larger orders, it may take longer and we would discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis.
For embroidery, you can upload these files: .pdf, .ai, .jpg, .png, .doc or .ppt. For prints, we prefer better artwork such in ai or pdf format as jpg and png is usually not good enough especially for complicated designs.
Yes we would be we would be happy to look at developing new products to meet your individual needs.
Absolutely! While we offer low MOQs for flexibility, we have the capacity to scale production up to 25,000 pieces per order.
Yes we can and would be happy to discuss custom design options based on your specific needs. We also offer a wide range of standard styles you can tailor with your logos or branding elements.

We have been shipping our products worldwide since our inception back in 1989. We offer various shipping options such as courier, air freight and see freight to suit your needs and budget. We also work with trusted logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.Â
With regard to payment terms, once we get order confirmation after customer sample review, we ask for a 50% advance and the balance at the time of shipping. However, we can offer some flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
